Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Zenagen
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus original shipping fees.
